Seems like a promising product... It does burn the eyes initially, but that does improves. I'll keep using it for a bit longer... see how it works

I use other brand of NAC eyedrops for 2 months and got no better: I still have hard time for drive at ...
I have early stage of cataract and try to find to use some way to stop or reverse the change. I use other brand of NAC eyedrops for 2 months and got no better:I still have hard time for drive at night. Now I try can-c eyedrops, hope it work .So far only 4 weeks still show no change. May need more time. Since ask about my expectation about the product,I can only give three stars at time.I did not use the cap with the drop together because I don't real know the contain of this cap. And other things I also take multivitamins which contain lutein, may create negative effect to the eye drop. Since I already have age related eye problems is not easy just stop to take the vision supplements which including lutiein. Will give further review after use longer time.

So far, these drops are performing well. I have had trouble with dry eyes, and while not perfect, the drops definitely seem to be helping, though it's a little early to give them five stars. The dry eyes issue is what made me place my order, but even more important to me were the reviews that stated they had also helped remove cataracts. I have just the beginnings, not ready for surgical removal yet, but if drops can allow me to avoid surgery, I'll buy them, and give them SIX stars if I could! Same with "floaters." Not noticing a reduction in those just yet, but all things take time, and I will re-order when I finish these. My only negative would be the cost, but then prescription drops are horribly expensive, even with insurance. The free supplements I couldn't judge, as it was only a sample, and not enough to expect to see (no pun intended!) a difference. I have recommended the drops to a family member, and she has also purchased them.

It is still too early to know the full effect ...
It is still too early to know the full effect of this product on the dissolution of the cataract in my right eye. I do sense that the "film" of the cataract is lessening but will need a few more months of treatment to see if I am successful with this product and bathing in PH 9.5 water to totally eliminate the cataract.
