I'm not saying it will work for everyone, but it definitely works for me.This may sound like a "paid review". It isn't. I purchased this product after significant research and with doubts. I'm ordinarily very cautious of health supplement claims, so had merely hoped this would help a bit. It turned out to help far more than a bit.I wouldn't have believed that one capsule of anything could make such a difference. Before I started taking this I was constantly tired, to the point of exhaustion. I could not get through a day without taking a 1-2 hour nap. Simply moving through my house was tiring and although I could take "constitutional walks", they were very tiring and seemed to do little good. I felt like I was having regular heart and breathing problems and in honesty, expected to not wake up some morning. I do not exaggerate in the slightest; that's why I looked into supplements in the first place.From the day I took the very first capsule, the need for naps ceased; I no longer take naps. I take one capsule every morning with food as recommended, or I open it and drink it as a tea. Either way, this stuff is amazingly effective. I now have more energy, my heartbeat and breathing seems to have evened out, and I feel overall better rather than wasting away. I know how that sounds and I probably wouldn't believe it myself if this wasn't my own experience. As a result I recommended this product to my 74 year old neighbor, a 70-year old friend, as well as my sister who suffers from immunity and energy problems. All three purchased the product and seems to be doing better.I researched these types of supplements prior to choosing this one... and this brand contained all the most-recommended components, in the proper amounts or better, along with other components thrown in. It has literally taken me from the point of wondering what day my body is going to just stop working... to realizing something was seriously imbalanced prior to taking this supplement. I'm not promoting this particular brand; other brands may be just as effective. But this brand definitely was effective for me, so it's the one I'm sticking with.Is it a "miracle medicine"? I am hesitant to label anything as such, but the two things I've found that have made major changes in my life is Liquid Glucosamine (which almost immediately stopped the aching in my joints)-- and this Ginseng complex. This took my life from stuck-in-an-armchair to "now I can get a few things done". Both are as close to "miracle" supplements as I've found.For me, this stuff really works. I will definitely be re-ordering, regularly. I only take one capsule a day; two can be taken if needed. But as exhausted as I was all the time, for one single capsule to take me from that state to functional from the very first day I took it, I would have to say this is amazing-- and exactly what I personally needed. I hope it works for others just as well.

Everything else is 250. American Ginseng is 125 mg and Royal Jelly is 125 mg. This may not matter to many people, but I bought this MOSTLY for the AG and the rest was a 'bonus' I bought 2 and since Amazon no longer pick up returns, will keep them. I will figure out how to make it work for me.

I bought this because I was unusually tired and with low energy, then I read that it was good for brain function. It didn’t help me much but I gave to my aunt and she loved it. Good value for lots of product:

I ordered this product because I was using Anti-depression pills and they would make me like a zombi: also my husband ( using his amazon account) uses high mlood pressure pills which makes him run out of energy quickly: fatigue, lack of concentration. The product was spoilt by the inclusion synthetic vitamin b12 Cyanocobalamin which I don't want in my body.
