Great knife
This knife was bot only the most expensive knife I have ever bought but also the most enjoyable. I have used shuns, wusthofs, and several other of the better brands but this one takes the cake. I work as a sous chef and have a second job doing prep work for a friend and this makes both those a breeze. Only concern which I know may eventually arise is it chipping the tip. Great buy, comfortable hold, good intial edge, edge retention is great, and the knife is very beautiful.
