Speakers sound great

These are above the CS series Kickers I had prior. I had some issues with the CS series I believe. I had the CS series bridged in parallel on a Kicker 660.5 amp down to 2 ohms which they aren't spec'd for, but played great at normal music levels. Once I turned up the volume on the CS speakers I believe the high or midrange blew. I replaced the CS with these KS series and unbridged them back to 4 ohms. Everything is good again and they sound great. Not sure if I can tell a difference in audio quality, but I think the KS do sound a little better.The KS come with a type of crossover that you tie into the speaker wiring which the CS do not. Also the KS have builtin bass blockers on the high and mids on the speaker itself. The CS do not that I could see, if they do they are not as good and hidden. So I would definitely go with these instead of CS series if you are wanting a full range sound from these 3-ways and your pushing them with an amp. Sounds great now even at high levels.

I bought these speakers to replace my front door speakers in my 2015 Toyota Highlander xle and I did make the right choice they fit and sound fantastic.

Basic install cut and connect cables etc on 2016 F150. The increase in sound quality is superb more mids and highs plus added bass. These 6x9s will be supplemented with the rest of the trucks speakers made by kicker because these did not disappoint me one bit. I already added the center 3.5 speaker and have the backdoor speakers arriving soon. Being I spent lots more in the past on JL Audio setups this is the first all kicker I have purchased and done. I would compare the overall sound quality to be 40% cleaner and 33% more mids highs and bass. Though I have a JL Audio 10 in the truck you can hear what is missing when you add these other 6x9s and it leaves you wanting to complete the package properly to do it justice. Hence I am buying kicker speakers throughout. Price is not the variable for I originally bought the 6x9s to put in two little okd boxes and ran them off the amp powering the sub. I had planned to do a JL system but the local shop said they are having a hard time getting items. That’s where amazon and these kickers came in to seal the Deal!!!

These are worth the cost and have decent sound quality.

I could not be happier with these it don’t get better than this like I mean dang and I got them for a deal because on the kicker website they’re 189 I’m gonna end up wiring an amp to them but you definitely don’t have to but most people say that you should so I’m gonna try it out and I think I’m gonna put these all around I’m gonna get the KS in the tweeters and the 6 1/2 for the back

Sounds amazing for the price, but also better than most speakers that are twice the price. These sound great with the factory head unit, and when you put some power to them, they are amazing for what they cost. If you need some 6×9s you should definitely try these....oh yeah, the silk dome midrange and tweeters are smooth as butter. I'm happy if you can't tell
