Great sanding disc for my dewalt drywall sander. They hold up well leave a smooth finished.

I suppose the biggest element of any abrasive disc is how bad does it load and how does it cut.I have a Dewalt 9” drywall sander for which I used this disc. It does do a nice job and doesn’t load that badly. I just blow it off with a blowgun and keep using until the removal rate declines dramatically. At this price, making them last longer is so much better! I do have it attached to a small Dewalt vacuum but not sure if it’s the vac or the disc (likely vac) as to why so much dust. They do last and can do a couple of rooms with one disc. So, as to longevity, seem to be ok. I also don’t just toss them as when I wear down a 120, I’ll clean and save and treat more like a 220+ when I just need a light/skim sand.I do have all the grits that are affected and have yet to find a “dud” within any of the packs.I did have an application where a customer wanted to convert from stained headboard walls to paint. Was hoping the sander/discs would have done better but can’t really blame the setup. It did knock back the clear finish but getting deeper into the stain, I had to do it with orbital and vibrating sanders to prep for primer.All-in-all, a good disc and worth the expense.

I bought these to try out, not impressed. My first pad separated from the after about 5 min. I tried a second one and it did the same issue after about 10 minutes, this was under light sanding not heavy work.I am sending these back, too bad, I liked the grit and perforations. Seems to be an adhesive manufacturing problem.
