Q: How long are the pins on magic spring long pin rake?

I haven't measured but if I had to guess I would say 2 inches. I have a long haired German Shepherd and their coats are like a Collie. Hope that helps.

Q: What is the width of this product? I am looking for something small for my long hair cat.

The brush is 3.5" wide and 3/4" deep. I would imagine it will work for a cat. Our dogs don't mind this brush since the spines 'collapse or give' when they are depressed. Good luck!
