The easel is sturdy and well made. Works well for 18x 24 canvas. Folds for storage and to transport.

Quality materials and design
This is a well made easel with quality materials. As noted by other reviewers the instructions are poor, but it is not difficult to figure out how it goes together if you have a small amount of ability.Shipped in a comically large box by Amazon. The factory packaging would be sufficient but I guess it doesn't have a big smile on it so it can't be used.

Easy to use and transport easel
This handy easel folds up and can be tucked away safely. It’s mobile if you want to paint outside or elsewhere inside. It held my 16x20 paintings without slippage. I gave it a 5 star because it works for me and my lifestyle. I have a small table I place in front of it for all my brushes, paint etc.

Check all parts before putting it all together
First unit I bought did not come with all pieces. We finally got the replacement easel in and have not had time to put it together but I sure do hope everything is there

Updated information: I realized a few things,, even though the hardware was missing and the instructions to put the easel together were totally awful and the packaging of the product by Amazon was awful, the customer service of this company was good. I would now just caution you as a buyer to make sure you contact the company if you have any issues with this product! Older product review - DO NOT BUY - This easel came needing to be assembled. However half of the screws and connectors are missing. The instructions are a joke. Needed to go buy replacement hardware but sizes were not listed so it we guessed on the size. The price of the easel was not cheap so I expected better quality. Extremely disappointed! DO NOT BUY!

Nice easel, great price
Real nice wood. Very sturdy yet lightweight, like many other reviewers said. Looks nice, too. Took me quite a while to figure out how to put it together, but my wife says I’m not much of a handyman anyway. Could have used better instructions nonetheless. All in all though, really nice, especially for the money.
