This was a wonderful kit to start needle felting. I also bought a half lb of carded, white wool to use as a base for larger projects. Everything arrived intact. The case feels a bit flimsy but still holding up after a lot of use. I broke a couple of needles,but I am to blame for that, as I was rushing and not being as attentive as necessary. It came with a nice assortment of colors and more accessories than I know what to do with. Overall I think this is a great product.

I purchased this kit as a Christmas present to myself so that I could learn how to needle felt. Attached are the photos from my first three projects! I built a white base shape using the tools from this kit and then used the colors from it to get the look I wanted. I think this kit is a great value! I love that this kit comes with more color choices than most others! The only downsides are that the box doesn’t fit together very well, I can still close it but it has some gaps. And the other is that there is only a small amount of each color. But it is still lovely for beginners! I would definitely recommend this product in the future!

This is such a great little needle felting kit! I was honestly blown away by how many tools and accessories it contains; you have several needles in different gauges, stencils, and all the tools and accessories to make keychains and other baubles. The colors are bright and varied, and the tools are made of sturdy metal. You basically have everything you'd need to start this hobby, or if you're a veteran, everything you'd need to make hundreds of projects. Usually these kinds of kits don't include things like leather finger protectors or working space sponges, so I'm impressed with the thoughtfulness and attention that's gone into creating this product. I'm really enjoying this kit and highly recommend it!

I'm a beginner and this had everything I needed to get started with little projects. The needles are pretty great (I recommend wearing the finger protectors it comes with until you get a hang of what you are doing. These needles are SHARP.) The wool is soft, I love all the colors it comes with although I wish it came with more than 3g each because it isn't nearly enough to do the slightly bigger projects I wanted to do. My only other complaints are that the foam mat could be of better quality and the case it comes with is a little flimsy and doesn't shut right. But overall I do love this product and would recommend it to a friend if they wanted to get started with needle felting.

I was looking for something different and came upon this felting kit. Didn’t know anything about this craft but it intrigued me. My husband surprised me with this kit before I did more research on it. There were more tools, add ons, and felt than expected. The molds were a fun addition. The instructions did not give much information, I had to YouTube how to needle felt, but all the tools were there! The case is a bit flimsy and hard to close but works. I made a few simple projects right away and enjoyed it very much!!!

I must have forgotten how much stuff this kit comes with, because opening it felt like Christmas. Every time I took something out, there was more to find. I wanted it for the wool and the handle that holds multiple needles, but it really has absolutely everything you would need to get started. This is my third kit, and I think if I'd bought it first, I wouldn't have bothered buying the other two. Some reviews mention that the needles break easily, but every kit I've ever seen warns that twisting the needles or jabbing something unforgiving will cause them to break. That's why all of the kits come with so many needles. If they weren't thin and delicate, they'd leave unsightly holes in your sculptures. These have worked fine for me, and I am not at all careful.

I decided that I needed a hobby, something relaxing to do for a few hours every night after putting my 15 month old to bed. While searching Google for crafting hobby ideas, I came across this adorable little hand-made fox. The caption underneath it was “Needle felted Fox.” I’d never heard of “needle felting” before but after reading about it for about 20 minutes, and looking at all the cute little animals you can make with this craft, I decided “this is the hobby for me!” So I opened up Amazon and bought this kit plus a few books and other accessories, as well as a couple project kits.I’ve been needle felting my projects using this kit every night for almost a week and I’m so, so glad I chose this craft and this particular kit. It seems to have everything you need to get started with this wonderful, relaxing, fun little hobby. So now every night, after putting my daughter to bed, my husband and I relax in our bedroom watching TV together while I needle felt for a few hours. He’s so excited to see my projects when I’m done. I’ve also been feeling kind of depressed from being stuck in the house due to Covid-19, and this kit has helped me immensely. It relaxes me and gives me something to look forward to doing every night.I give this kit a 10/10 and definitely recommend it!

This is perfect for starting out! Over all the wool is beautiful and comes with many options. The box stores everything properly. I do suggest getting more white wool or polyfil (slightly harder to use then wool but so much cheaper!) to make a base, then layer the other wool on top of it. The tools fit well in my hands, and the needles are strong.
