Completes my bike helmet
I knew a baseball hat under my helmet was not a safe idea if I did crash so was going to jerry-rig a visor. In searching for a visor idea found this product. Easy to install with the provided velcro. Very secure and great sun protection. I use a bike with upright handle bars and works great. Haven't tried with my drop down bars bike and think it will be good.

I'd buy it again.
It looks just a tiny bit goofy but works great, was easy to put on and stays on even with tossing it all over the car when not using it.

Good visor for bike riding
For some inexplicable reason, the visors on bike helmets are too short and mounted too high on the helmet to provide any real protection from the sun. You can wear a hat with visor under your bike helmet to provide decent sun protection, but them you loose the cooling air that comes in through the vents in the helmet. After a lot of research I found these and tried them on our bike helmets. They are fantastic!Note: If you mount these right along the front edge of the helmet, they provide maximum sun protection. However, if you ride with your head tilted down, which is common when biking, you loose much of your forward visibility. By mounting this about one inch above the front center rim of the helmet, and then tapering down to the rim of the helmet on the sides, you end up with a really great combination of sun protection and visibility.

Very effective
We got these to use on our Sena Bluetooth helmets. They come with peel and stick velcro that adheres to the helmet and then the brim attaches with the velcro. The adhesive is quite strong and shows no sign of weakening. The brim stays in place in even the strongest wind gusts. We got these before a trip out west with a lot of fast downhill mountain road rides and they did not disappoint. They are great for riding into morning or evening sun. We used these on recumbents so take that into account. They do catch the wind so you need your chin strap cinched up.

Nice sun visor for bicycle helmets
Tricky installation on a bicycle helmet, but once installed it is excellent at protecting your eyes from the sun and does not look as bad as many other bicycle helmet sun visors. The quality is excellent and the design is nice. However, it took forever to receive it (the company I purchased it from (Jagaloon) used the cheapest and slowest shipping method. It took forever to receive it. I wish I had bought it from another vendor.

The idea is great.
This is a great idea and would work really well if the strap were long enough. It misses by about 4 inches. I can go buy another piece of Velcro, but I shouldn’t have to. The helmet is a size medium.UPDATE: I’m not too bright. The Velcro doesn’t go around the back. It goes across the front, and fits just fine. I did figure this out on my own and before I bought extra Velcro.

A bit too long for a bicycle helmet
It's perfect except for one thing. It is a bit too long for my bicycle helmet and tends to block my view unless my head is completely upright.

Reccommended.
Have a Bell bike helmet without attached sun visor or any way to snap one on. Wearing a visor under the helmet pushed the visor down to where my vision was blocked. Tried to decide between replacing my helmet or trying this Beak visor attachment. Opted for the Beak and so far it has done the job shielding my eyes even without sunglasses. Before applying the glue strip I put the helmet on my head and was careful to mark where to position the visor on the helmet to give sun protection without obstructing my view, ( about an inch above the front edge). The glue strip attaches firmly(you get one shot at placement) and holds the velcro visor securely. And I have the option of removing the visor on cloudy days. So the Beak is a workable accessory for those not wanting to replace a non-visored helmet.
