Light weight, solid construction, strong material. Camouflage breaks up the orange however still highly visible.

I bought this vest because I wanted a pattern breakup on my orange vest. I like the fabric and the breakup pattern. I could do without shoulder padding. I figure the shoulder padding is just a mental thing and has no discernable benefit on recoil. There should be a federal law against Velcro on any kind of hunting gear. I covered these up with Velcro tabs and I am good to go. Even with the drawbacks, I would purchase this vest again.

Nice product, if your going to wear a t shirt get a smaller size, clip pocket needs to be larger for my clip,300 win mag. Pockets are kinda cheep with velcro closures. Other than that its a nice hunting vest. Hard to find a vest that you can use for big game and birds( bird pocket in back) this one fits the bill.

Hunting, feels and fits great. We don't want to wear safety orange but it is law, ya on our own land... this makes it easier 10

Every hunter knows you never use Velcro on you hunting equipment!!The noise this thing makes when opening a pocket is terrible. If not for that I would have given it five stars!!I replaced the Velcro with magnets and now it is a five star vest!!

Fit was good. Fit descent with just a t shirt or a heavy Carrhart jacket. Material was quiet.

I waited until only a week before opening day to order, although I decided weeks ago that this is the vest I wanted. I LOVE this vest! It’s very soft, comfortable, quiet and has pockets! Who doesn’t love pockets? And these are big enough to securely hold a cell phone and snacks and anything else that pockets could hold. That little bitty pocket on the breast? Not sure what that might hold. Maybe my chapstick?It also has the added bonus of padding on the collar bone area. Nice added touch! I live in the south; it’s not uncommon to hunt in warmer weather wearing short sleeves.As for the Velcro pockets? I’m sure zippers would be better, but I’m smart enough to be aware that unfastening Velcro makes noise. Zippers cost more too. If money is no object, get one with zippers.The only negative thing to say is that they sent the wrong pattern. I ordered the orange blaze, doubled checked my confirmation to be sure it wasn’t my error. They sent Naked North. Less than 1 week til opening day now, not sure if I want to go through the trouble to send it back. I hate sending stuff back.For those unsure of sizing, I got the small because of other reviews saying they run big. If I decide to send it back, I will DEFINITELY reorder this vest, but in a medium to allow plenty of room over a bulky jacket (it gets cold late season) I didn’t take any stars away due to the mispick, that’s a human error and shouldn’t reflect negatively on the product itself.Perhaps I should add that I’m a mid 50’s woman. My husband loves it too. I see one of these in his near future 😊

Finally bought it as a gift for myself for hunting where I wanted the required hunter orange, but wanted it broken up so the deer didn’t see me. Lol. We’ll made lots of pockets and quiet. I’m a bigger guy and ordered 3x because I didn’t want it too tight over all my layers and down hanging jacket.

Wasn't expecting much when I ordered this. It's reasonable quality though, very soft (quiet) and doesn't feel cheap. The only drawback is the pockets - no means of proper closure. On hunting gear, you need to make sure stuff won't fall out - if they added zippered pockets it'd be a winner.

This is perfect for wearing over my hunting jacket. Extra quiet material and made very well.5

Great material, accurate size, nice pockets, awesome colours and pattern. Love the shoulder pad. The Velcro on pockets needs a quick modification.

figuered being bright during hunting season would be s good thing, also good for search and rescue to find me if i didnt return from a waterfall, is a tad heavier than i hoped but not that much. holds my tripod and saw in back side pouch. nice big pockets as well.. im happy :)
