So I have been using this product for a month. I did not change my diet or add any exercise. I have noticed my shirts are fitting looser on my arms and chest. Shirts that were getting to tight are now looking better on me. My shorts that were getting too tight are fitting and needing a belt and are loose around the legs. I know my tummy is stubborn so it will take longer but this is a new part of my daily routine. I did not do a before and after but I am excited to see what long term use will look like.

This product works, & I could see results in a about a week or two with daily use.It holds true to its name….It is hot!! You definitely don’t want to get it anywhere you don’t want it.I have bought several tubes of this & will continue to purchase this product.

Tried this on my stomach and thighs and boy did it burn, but not one drop of sweat (which im pretty sure what makes this supposed to work). The hot bath i took before putting on the cream made me sweat way more

Have been using this on my legs for four days and I can already tell a difference!!

It creates a tingling sensation , especially if used after shower however it did not work for me.
