I have the size 7 skirt. It measures 16 ¼ inches from the top to the bottom. The waist measures approximately 26 ½ inches. The exterior is made of 100% polyester. The lining is made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex. There are no pockets. The pleading is on the front only. Made in the Dominican Republic.Overall, this skirt is fine. This is a nice quality student uniform skirt. The skirt is pleated. It is true-to-size and it has an adjustable waist. It washes well and there has been no noticeable shrinkage or fading.
