I've been wanting this book for a while, I was surprised to get it in this condition. Atleast the corners aren't dog eared.. The recipes mostly use egg white or a combination of egg whites and gelatin.

I would suggest you invest in a sugar thermometer. As most of the recipes require one.
The book has some wonderful recipes and flavour combinations as well as ideas for parties and gifts. It is well written with clear instructions as well as photographs showing you step by step how to make marshmallow. The book has wonderful colour pictures of all the recipe. This book is very inspiring, it makes you just want to get out in the kitchen and make all these delicious flavour combinations of marshmallow. I personally don’t have anything negative to say about the book.....I love it!
