I purchased this after reading some reviews. I have to say the quality is much better than expected and very impressive. I’m an engineer for a living so I understand manufacturing. The heavy gauge steel, the heavy rubber tiedowns, the heavy powder coat, etc. etc. this is a very well-made product.This was also the fraction of a cost of a Thule or Yakima. This one was under $200, while those cost upwards of $400 to $600. I owned a Thule roof rack in the past, and the quality just didn’t come close to this.Beyond that, it is easy to assemble, has good instructions and was packed very well. You can see in my video that the unit comes with various bolts to improve the stabilization of the rack when Mounted and loaded on your vehicle.I don’t normally post reviews, but in this case I felt like doing it because the product was such an impressive surprise.

Unit came in pieces...I did figure out how to assemble, only by going back to the web and looking at pictures.Found that the seller failed to include one nut (lock type), and one of the two reflectors. Unit does look and feel sturdy, but have yet to test since I have to buy a nut.Update: owner contacted me regarding missing pieces and wanted to provide directly. I completed assembly, and unit is sturdy and stiff. Raised by rating from 3 to 4 star due to owners care.

This bike rack was really easy to assemble and the tools you need to put it together come in the package! the rack has a good weight capacity and is very sturdy. The pipe support is great and the powder coating is really durable. The best part is the anti-rattle hitch tightener. It really helps the whole rack from wobbling as you drive. I would recommend this to my family and friends.

Very well made, and sturdy. Did not come with assembly instructions so you have to refer to the pictures. but very easy to figure out.The anti vibration plate adds to the sturdiness when driving. The rubber holding straps secure the bike nicely. This Rack is beefy, and very well made it will last years . I highly recommend this rack !!!

I love this bike rack. We previously had a much more expensive 3 bike carrier. It seemed to flex a lot. I could alway feel the bikes bouncing as I drove. This rack is very sturdy. There is almost no sway or bounce. I feel like the bikes are very secure.So far we're loving it

Bought this as a gift. Assembly was quick and easy. Seems like a decent bike rack overall

Looks to be okay although the one reflector was broken and in order to get it replaced you would have to ship the whole thing back which is ridiculous. I think I might also apply bed liner to help it keep from rusting and add some ruggedness to it.

I changed my 1 ⭐️ review to a 5 ⭐️ Because of the great customer service I receivedTrue .....the straps they make for their bike rack do not Work (new straps are being manufactured) but the fact that this company reached out to me and reimbursed me for the new straps I had to buy along with a really nice email restored my faith that there is still great customer service in this world
