Looks great
These fixtures look really great. I installed low voltage adapters in the sockets and installed the fixture in a rose garden as decorative landscape lighting. Getting lots of compliments.

This was easy to install...
I bought this to replace a different lamp and post assembly that I installed a few years ago. I did tear a hole in the side of the base with my riding lawn mower so it was due for replacement. My concerns on the new lamp assembly were with the mounting bolts as the concrete footer was already established and the anchor bots were secure. The good news is the new lamp assembly had similar anchor bolts and alignment triangle plate and was a direct fit for the new base. I did resuse the old acorn nuts as they were deeper than the ones supplied. Best to use a ratchet type wrench (not a socket wrench, typically it is an open end wrench at one end and the other has a ratchet end. With that you can get all of the nuts secure for the three lamp housings. Wire the ends together using wire nuts (white to white, black to black). Curious why this lamp post did not have an earth ground lead. I used a short wire and fed it through one of the base mounting holes to get an earth ground to the metal housing. Assemble the two upper posts and lamp housing assemblies first. Install the base on your mounting pad with the anchor bolts installed. If you have to pour concrete, use a round concrete form. Slide a curved PCB tube over the electrical cable and secure in place, it must pass through the triangle pate that is used to suspend the anchors. I made use of some old wire clothes hangers to hold the plate and electrical cable in tube before I added the concrete. As for brightness, that will depend on what lights you intend to use. LED type will last a long time compared to others. Those you can leave on 24/7 and get 5 years or longer. I like the new look. The only issue I see in the future is replacing the bulbs. The screws that hold the hat to the lamp assembly are very close to the frame.Lamp panels are made of glass. The rest of materials in bulk is made of cast aluminum. the spindles for the center cap and for each lamp hat are made of some type of formed metal. The weight suggested brass or similar. This lamp post should last a long time if I can keep from hitting it with the riding lawn mower. Hint, arrange some ornamental shrubs or other around the lamp to prevent lawn equipment from striking the lamp base since the cast aluminum is not as strong as a steel mower deck.

Looks good
Item was easy to install and functioned as it should. The only concern was the bottom small screw that holds the light bracket to the pole in too short . But, the main fastner held fine.

Very Pleased
Item appears to be well made for the price, does not feel flimsy. Easy to install even though the directions were not easy to follow. We poured a concrete pad to place the lamp on. My husband spliced the wire to an extension cord so that we could plug it in, since we did not have wiring outside. We put a small pipe down and poured the concrete around the pipe. Then we threaded the wiring through the pipe and ran it under the dirt to the outlet. We bought LED bulbs for the lamp and it is super bright at night. It does not have auto off and on, so we hooked it to a box that has a sensor so that it comes on at dusk and off in the morning. Overall, very pleased and would definitely purchase again.

Just What We Wanted
We live on a very dark street and there are no street lights. This light post is not only beautiful in our front yard, but provides light for the neighborhood. Great quality item at a great price.

Very disappointed Updated...
I am updating my review...Originally I gave this lamp post 2 stars, due to reasons in my first review. I am updating to 3 stars because of their customer service. They reimbursed me $50. due to all the rust and hassle this lamp post has been since I wasn't able to return it, since the base had already been cemented into the ground. At first this lamp post is exactly what I wanted but after attempting to put it together the first issue came up and that was missing parts. I contacted the seller and they gave me a $10. refund so that I could go to a hardware store to buy the missing pieces. We are currently renovating our backyard and the lamp post has been in my house for a few weeks while the backyard is getting finished. We had the cement put in where the lamp is going and noticed that even though the lamp has been in my house it is starting to rust or erode where the screws are and on the rim of the lamp. How this can be happening while sitting in the house is beyond me. Apparently this lamp is of very poor quality and I don't recommend anyone to buy it. Very disappointing.
