Great fit
This was a perfect fit for my Chevy Silverado 2007 1500 LT. I did have amazon say a different part would be a better fit, did order it and it was way short. For some reason Amazon says this isn’t a fit, but bought it anyways. Nevertheless, it was a great fit and and had no problems buying this part.

Good overall, would purchase again
OEM quality replacement part, satisfied with fit and finish. I believe it has eliminated my intermittent no start issue, my only complaint is that some of the mounting hardware was not positioned exactly right so it took some effort to get the clips mounted where I needed them. Be cautious when putting the ring terminal back on the starter solenoid, it can cause immediate cranking when you reconnect the battery if it is not positioned properly.

Easy install in 07 Chevy Silverado
I installed this in a 2007 Chevy Silverado. If you have dash gauges that act erratically and have intermittent starts, it may be this if your grounding cables are good. My old cable was bad inside the crimp at the battery terminal - tarnish/corrosion on the copper strands where it contacted the crimped end increasing resistance and causing a voltage drop. I had to take a cutoff wheel to it to see that. Picture attached. This new cable fixed the problem. It was one of the easiest installs I've done and took less than 30 minutes. One line goes to the passenger side of the fuse on the firewall, the other to the starter. No issues since.
