If I could give a 0 rating I would. At first it felt weird. Broke them in as usual and 2 days later my foot is killing me. Turns out they precipitated a gout attack. This is the second time this has happened with the same orthotic. IN BOTH FEET. if you have plantar faciitis then this will just make it worse. You're better off seeing a qualified podiatrist and paying for custom orthotics. It costs hundreds but cheap crap like this will leave you crying in agony like I was earlier

Very happy with this product fits great in my walking boots. Ordered it Friday afternoon and it got to me Saturday morning super fast service I will definitely buy again when I need another pair.

I bought 5.5 size and I couldn’t be happier. Even better, I’ve bought another pair!My feet don’t feel squished inside my trainers, they’ve room to breathe and move. These are good value. The arch is high but not as high as my NHS custom supplied ones. However, for the price I definitely recommend. The support offered is good and I now have several pairs for my trainers, loafers and Doc Martens.

I’ve suffered with plantar fasciitis for years on and off and I’ve always struggles to find the perfect fit of an appropriate sole. This brand is perfect for my everyday shoes/trainers and boots. I’ve already had so much use from this product already that really does relieve the constant pain, I’m so pleased I’m going to buy a few more pairs as back ups:so I’ve got them for the future 😊

Like other reviews, started off like I had an egg in my shoe but do stick with it. Became really comfy and even helped reposition my wide feet so that I wasn’t cramped by relatively narrow width of Han Wag Walking boot. Recommended
