I've been struggling with pain and low efficiency on the breast pump with a 24mm flange. I measured and the 19mm is a much better fit for me. I find that the pumping is MUCH more productive, so I have to pump for less time which is less painful. The shape of the flange could be more oval than circle to fit the breast better, but it seems to be working anyway.

These do work, but they are clearly not Medela brand. They don’t go on all the way, but they do fit and they do work. Once assembled I haven’t been able to get the small yellow pieces off again. So if disassembling everything disassembling everything before washing matters to you, just know the pieces might get stuck in these, due to the imperfect fit. However, they do the job if you are on a budget.

Fits my Medela pump and the suction is not affected. I feel like I’m getting more out now using the correct size. Very inexpensive and makes a big difference!

Fits the medela pump in style with maxflow. Also fits on a DD fine. Just wish they made these with the silicone flex edge

I'm really pleased that this fits the Medela swing flex so well. I like that the connector is longer as with the shields provided by Medela, my nipples were being drawn in too far and hitting the pump. It's fantastic to have access to these new flange sizes as Medela's are quite restricted. My only criticism is that the shield is very steep, and round which is not an optimal for large breasts, I end up having to shove extra breast tissue in there, then wiggling the shield around to line up over my nipple to ensure that it's in far enough to be effective. If they sold a more oval shaped/shallower shield I would definitely buy it.This has doubled my output and is really helping with supplementing, overall I'm very pleased and would recommend.

These are great I have bought 17 and 19 for my medela electric pump as I couldn't get that size direct from Medela but their sizes don't fit. Difference between being able to express or not, so fantastic this supplier offers these thank you

Bought to use with Medela pump. Good value but hard plastic , not as good as the Medela ones which are oval shaped and have rubber around the edge for comfort and better fit. Would not recommend.

Perfect fit for my pump. Really comfortable during use and easy to clean and sterilise. No complaints, love them! I got a pack in 17mm and 19mm as both sides are different (which is normal!) but considering they were a fraction of the price of branded ones it was still a saving

The cone angle is much more narrow than on the medela shield. I used it 3 times and got a duct blocage /mastitis. I would therefore not recommend.
