Worst piece of Junk
This is the worst Computer I have ever purchased. This Computer's performance is terrible, it is a less than mediocre piece of junk. One month before the warranty expired, it failed, I had to replace the Motherboard. After replacing the Motherboard, Windows deactivated. I called Lenovo who promptly informed me that I was on my own. They said that they will not supply the product key to reactivate Windows, and that if I wanted to reactivate Windows, I would have to buy a Product key. Price $199. Computer cost $399.95 so this piece of junk would essentially cost $600 plus dollars. I called Microsoft and they told me that Lenovo is supposed to supply the product key, since it is a Lenovo product. I called Lenovo back and they still refused. They would not even let me speak to a supervisor, claimed he was busy. Lenovo is Not a Company one should deal with, their Customer Support is terrible, their support staff is curt, and uncaring. I will never buy another Lenovo product, and I will make certain that my friends and family, don't either. For anyone considering a lenovo product, I advise you to do some serious research before purchasing their products. If I could give this product zero stars I would.

AWFUL LENOVO CUSTOMER SERVICE
DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER!!! I purchased this H50-55 from Office Depot at the end of February. It kept shutting down and restarting on its own. I thought it was the updates for all the programs (since it was new). Finally, I realized it was a problem with the computer itself. Called Lenovo since it's under a 1 year warranty. In the past 3 months of dealing with Lenovo, I have had 3 technicians come out to replace multiple parts and restored it to factory default settings TWICE. The problem continues. I'll be in a program (there's no specific one that triggers it) and it will just shut down and restart itself, in the mean time losing whatever I might have been working on! Today, a technician came to replace the motherboard, fan, power supply, and processor. Now, it won't turn on at all. He replaced my original components and it still won't turn on. Lenovo now says it takes 3 business days for them to decide if I should get a new computer or if I should ship this one to their factory for repair. Absolutely ridiculous! I will never buy Lenovo again!!!

Never buy lenovo!
NEVER buy a lenovo product. Computer is 11 months old, can't connect to monitor. Tech changed everything but power supply, which he didn't have. Someone was supposed to be here today. Tried contacting lenovo CS about the visit. Never could talk to someone at lenovo. Now, I'll be buying another computer.OD and Chase can't help me, so I'll find a way to sue lenovo for a full refund..Lenovo finally sent out someone to fix the problem.I'll repeat, NEVER buy a lenovo product!!!Computer is now 19 months old and the motherboard has failed, once again!I repeat, NEVER BUY A LENOVO COMPUTER!!!
