I love this magic wand. I needed it for the dress-up box that I keep for when friends with children or grandchildren come to visit. The wand is sturdy, durable, beautiful, and shiny. It came very carefully packed, and I appreciate that effort. Thank you!

Very pretty wand, the stars are what glow and have a very strong glow.

Perfect for the 3 year old neighbor that had a magic stick ..she loves the real thing. Complainers here are wacked, they wouldn't like a free car because it was the wrong color.

Just like the glitter wands of my youth. Good size for the 3yo, good movement of glitter, good throwback memory for me from growing up with a similar toy in the 80s. We selected the random color and received green. It is a very pretty green, not a harsh primary green.

If you really like glow-in-the-dark this does glow very well once charged up by the bedside light (or other light) and will probably be a hit. But it does not give the same kind of experience as the "regular" version in daylight because the stars are very pale and non-reflective, so it is close to a nighttime-only toy, not a day/night hybrid. The stars that glow are smaller than the glitter flakes in the "regular" version, so the motion is also faster (the "glitter" someone mentioned in this style is silver and dust-like by comparison to the stars). It feels a bit overpriced at nearly $20 with the shipping for a glow-in-the-dark version of a popular classic... but it's still pretty cool.
