These are great elastics, I will definitely be getting more of these and I highly recommend. They have excellent stretch and are soft on the hair. I have had problems with hair elastics in the past that are too tight and cause tension headaches and pull out my hair...that is not the case with these. These are gentile and don't cause damage. I would say the hold is medium, I did have issues with them holding up to an intense workout, but for daily use they are perfect.

I have very long and very fine hair. The problem with some hair bands is that they don't hold my fine hair well enough and slip. The other problem with some other hair bands is that they are skinny and twist and cut into the hair and have a seam that the hair gets caught and tangled in, causing damage. These bands are better because they are wider and don't have a seam, so they lay flatter on yhe hair, don't twist, don't cut and they don't slip as easily. So far, so good.

Don’t pull or rip your hair out. Very stretchy but some of them snapped and broke but only a few and came with tons so not a problem

I have very thick and curly hair that tends to break hair bands or is too heavy for regular hair bands. I also tend to have my hair get caught on hair bands easily too.This is the first hair band that feels sturdy, doesn't get stuck and helps me pull of a good pony tail. I highly recommend!

Love how these are reliable and discrete for when I want a more downplayed look (as opposed to something like a big scrunchie) or when I want some structure under a hair accessory piece (like a bow).+ Holds well, specifically for high pony looks and tying off Dutch and French braids.+ Easy to fit in pockets and bags for whenever you need them.- Occasionally they can pull/feel tight but I've found it depends on how you put up your hair and where you apply the tension.For context, I have semi-curly hair with medium thickness.

I ordered a bazillion of these for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes because girls go through ponytail holders like Karen’s go through boxed wine.The colors are nice and a few of them are textured so they look cute, but the majority are the basic hair elastic. Well, basic SMALL hair elastic. I don’t think these would hold up to thick hair very well.I stretched several out all the way and they did go back into shape, but reluctantly. I kept them because I was thinking maybe I’m just picky, and I also got enough for each girl to get 7-8, which should last a while.If you’re looking to buy just one package for personal use and you have normal hair, I’d keep scrolling. Little girls with fine hair? These would work.
