Super sturdy and stable. The ability to rotate it to different heights makes it perfect for our home gym, where we don't have space for multiple plyo steps. This one box does a lot. The padding is just right. Soft enough to provide just a bit of give, but not so soft as to compromise stability. Our community gym has this same brand, so it also is durable enough to stand up to heavy use.

Got this Plyometric box to add to my garage gym for my two energetic kids (8 and 10), and it’s been a total hit! The size I got (16x14x12) is perfect for them – not too big, not too small. It's got a tough wooden core with a cushioned vinyl cover that’s both safe and easy to clean. They use it for jumps and step-ups. The stability is great, so no worries about it tipping over or sliding around during their antics.This box has been a fantastic investment. I love this for our home gym. It came assembled and is nice and light and a good size to move around wherever you need it or tuck it away and it has multiple purposes. I like that you can turn it for two different heights options. I got this in place of an expensive stair stepper and it does the job!

Did my research on these and ended up with this one as I wanted the sturdiness of wood construction versus the unstable dense foam versions. Thus far this sucker has held up to the abuse of 2 kids and an adult using it daily. Wood core provides tons of stability and the foam covering gives just enough give. I'm 180#s doing sets on the 30" side with zero concerns about it wobbling.

I’m going to make everyone in the house use it - all shapes and sizes. Sturdy. Well made. Gym quality, for sure. Very pleased.

Great for doing plyo without worrying about it tipping. Solid core, so it keeps its shape.

This box is “as described” but find it a bit unstable due to the narrow measurements. More of my fault for not spending more time researching.
