I've joked with my husband that the only way to fix our sad looking grass was to spray paint it green. This product kind of looks like we did. Bought one tin to try it out, because it's not cheap, and the result was so good we've bought three more to do the whole garden.

I used this as instructed on a lawn that had been neglected by the previous owners for a couple of years, and didn't have very high expectations because the grass had gone rather tough and dry. It was easy to apply by hand, although not as accurate as using a spreader. We had almost ideal weather conditions, with steady rain within the 48 hours after application and the weather warm but quite wet for the next few weeks. The grass looked much greener and thicker within a fortnight, and when I cut it the first time after applying this treatment, I had over double the amount of grass cuttings compared with beforehand (using the same high cut setting). I've since given the lawn a top-up lower dose from what remained in the tub, to good effect. Overall I'm very pleased with the results and I will use it again next year.

Used on a rubbish new build house lawn last summer. Saw results after first application, even sceptical hubby was quietly impressed. Lawn much lusher and healthy looking. Repeated applications as per instructions and now we are in spring of the following year the lawn has overwintered really well. Simple to use and effective so definitely going to use this year again.

The effect is showing almost immediately.

Didn’t spread quite as easily as some other brands. Visually not particularly impactful after 14 days.
