The chair pieces arrived in perfect condition. They were well packed and so easy to put together. I put 4 chairs together in under an hour. They are really solid and very comfortable. They make our table look elegant.

Bought 2 sets. Looks exactly like the picture. Super easy to put together and not heavy at all. At first the chair was wobbly but I read in the directions and it said to make sure it was flush so that it's not wobbly. EASY DIRECTIONS.

I’m a 79 1/2 year old great grandma. I put all 4 of them together by my self. Just have to pay very close attention to the directions. These are quality chairs for the price. If I needed more I would buy again.

I ordered these chairs for Thanksgiving. They arrived on October 20 and we put them together about a week before Thanksgiving. Everything looked fine. Within 5 minutes of the first use on Thanksgiving, one of the chair backs snapped under normal use by a 185 lb man which obviously shouldn't happen. I sent an email to the company that night which was November 24. The company refused to fix or replace the chair because it was 4 days beyond their 30 day window for complaints, despite the fact that this was the chairs first use. Instead they sent me their "condolences". Condolences? Who died?!? Oh yeah, their chair! Any company who refuses to back a defective product for more than 30 days is aware that their product is of poor quality. Do not buy!!!

I was nervous to order these without any reviews to rely on, but took a leap of faith based on reviews of this company's similar products. It was a good move! These chairs are a nice dark brown - almost black in some lights (they perfectly match our table from Ikea, which is "brown-black"). They arrived packaged well with no cosmetic or structural damage, and my father-in-law was impressed with the details that made for sturdy assembly. The chairs feel solid when used (no wobbling or swaying) and are comfortable. I ordered only 1 pair in case they didn't live up to expectations, but had no hesitation with ordering the second set as soon as these were assembled and tested.
