Dowco Guardian 26010-01 UltraLite Water Resistant Indoor/Outdoor Motorcycle Cover: Blue, Medium

I've owned three of these covers for various bikes over the past 15 years and they have always served me very well for indoor storage. I recently added a bike that needed a cover and decided to try the Nelson-Rigg MC904-04 Deluxe All Season cover because it was a few dollars less and Nelson Rigg has a good reputation.Though the quality of the materials was similar to the Dowco Ultra Light covers I had used in the past the Nelson Rigg version did feel a bit cheaper. It also had metal hooks at the bottom of the cover I was not comfortable with and the XL would not fit a Honda VFR with side bags and a top box where the Dowco XL fits a wider range of bikes. There are sizing guides on Amazon to help with fitting of these covers but more often than not the indicate no cover will fit most motorcycles so you end up making your best guess using the manufacturers sizing charts. XL in Dowco fits the VFR with or without luggage very well. Nelson Rigg XL fit okay with no luggage but would not fit with the side bags and top box.I returned the Nelson Rigg cover, got another trusty Dowco Ultra Light and could not be happier at this price point.

I purchased this item because it was listed as a perfect fit for my motorcycle. I always park my bike in the garage, so this lightweight cover seemed to be perfect as a dust cover. I was very happy right up to the point when I realized it was not going to fit. I have a Yamaha 650 V Star Classic (stock- no windshield, saddlebags, sissy bar, etc). I am hoping to exchange this for a larger cover. It meets my expectations for my purpose as a dust cover, it just does not fit. Three stars due to poor fitment. I will reevaluate this rating with the next size cover.REEVALUATION: As promised, I did receive the larger size and am happy to say it fits wonderfully. However; I will not change my rating because Amazon has decided to charge a restocking fee for something I strongly feel is a misrepresentation when their site distinctly says it will fit my bike. The original order was for the medium size cover. The large size is what fits my bike. I would recommend this cover, but be wary of sizing issues.

Lightweight motorcyle cover fits VTX 1800 (large cruiser) and Yamaha Royal Star Venture (touring). Great for parking outside or use on road trips. Not for permanent shelter nor substitute for garage. This is my second cover, used on over 10 road trips over 30,000 miles worked well. Admittedly, intermittent use for temporary overnight cover hides bike from prying eyes and protects against hot sun and driving rain.

Dowco 26011-01 Guardian UltraLite Blue kept A heavy rain off my 2011 HD FLHTK ULTRA LIMITED. also if you take off the antennas & fit the cover over the Motorcycle first you can cut little holes in the cover where you're antennas fit. Feel the antennas holes with you're fingers first than cut an x not to large in the material than reinstall you're antennas be for you put the covers on & the cover fits perfect. Just slide the cover off & on when you need to ride. Works for me hope it helps all my fellow riders. Momo

This fit my Suzuki GZ250 really well! This was the first thing I bought after I bought my first motorcycle. The shipping process could have been a little faster but I can forgive b/c it was after Labor Day weekend. The product itself feels thinner than I thought it would be, but the texture and air vents are pretty high quality. Impressed!

The XL fits my Harley Electra Glide Ultra Classic perfectly. Do not go off the recommended size for this model. It comes with a fabric bag. The material is thin but works well for the price I paid.

Simple nylon (uncoated), but a nice cover for my VFR '94 Honda. I imagined my wide mirrors needed a large size but went w charted here: the recommended medium. It's a tailored fit. Loop the included hook lanyards thru opposing grommets so you don't lose them, right off. Nice storage sack which can hold extra straps, etc.

It works but it’s definitely not work the price, the only cover worth buying is the Dowco Guardian for $80-90, but it’s well worth it. Got this thin crap for my FZ07 thinking t would be good since it’s Dowco but it’s not, it’s very thin and you could get the same quality for much less
