I have enjoyed this brand of pillow at Hampton Inns and have always been able to get a good night's sleep. I ordered a pair from Amazon in the hope that I could do as well at home. They did not disappoint! I only use one pillow at a time, but having two makes it possible to rotate their use and make them last longer. The pillow may seem a bit hard to those who are used to 100% down pillows, but I find that it supports my neck well when I sleep on my side while providing enough softness to increase my overall comfort. It's hard to describe the combination, but it fits my needs perfectly. Before I bought these, my neck and shoulders were hurting every night. I still have occasional pain, but with these pillows it happens much less often and is less severe.

I first discovered Pacific Coast pillows during my 40th birthday trip to New York City at a very elegant hotel. It was right off of fifth Avenue. I wish I could remember the name of it. Anyway, as soon as we lay down in the bed, the entire party started making comments about the pillows and how great they were. We began our investigation as to what they were and they were Pacific Coast Down Surround. By the time, the long weekend was up, everyone in the party had purchased pillows for themselves and their immediate loved ones for Christmas gifts. I have ordered pure down and then a combination of their goose feather pillows. In no circumstance, have I ever been disappointed. I put 1 star because we expected them to be high quality based on the reviews and they are not. These are consistent with what one would find in a Hilton bargain brand hotel. If you are a consumer of nice bedding and pillows - especially authentic down pillows, these will not meet your standards.

This pillow is def not like the one I slept in at the Hilton. Kinda close but not. I put it in the dryer with a damp wash cloth as directed and it looked great and super fluffed. The fluff just doesn’t stay it deflated and becomes rock hard.

Nice down softness but still enough firmness to give some Support. And I'm a picky buyer.

I stole the tag off the hotel pillows that I had at a Marriott in Anaheim because they were the most comfortable pillows I had ever experienced, and these Pacific Coast Pillows were the same quality and exactly as expected. I will never buy a cheap pillow again, as these are amazingly comfortable and well worth the extra money. Unlike pure-down pillows, no feathers come out of these and make a mess, nor do they sag on one side or the other after a lot of use. I recommend these to anyone I know that is looking for a better sleep, and I am an extremely picky person when it comes to judging the comfort of a bed. I give these pillows the highest possible recommendation!

Slept in the Hilton in downtown Chicago and I just had to know what it was I was sleeping on, a cloud? Tore off the pillow cases and WA-la Pacific Pillows. Got home 2 days later and ordered them online which was Monday Labor Day. Had them on my bed by Thursday and I have had nothing but a wonderful night sleep ever since. I am so thrilled with these pillows. If you like a firm pillows, these are not for you, if you like sleeping on a cloud, buy them. Next up is the complete bed set for Christmas............hubby dear, open the wallet! Can't say enough about them but they're AWESOME!
