Cost me $19.20 to return these boots because they were too loose around my leg. In the picture they look tight around your ankle/leg and they are not. Why bother buying from ShoeMall, there are so many other stores you can buy these boots from with free returns.

I love these! I took a chance by buying them, I usually don't buy items that don't have reviews. But they fit well and are really comfortable and have some great grips on the bottom that are rubber but don't compromise the look of the shoe. Theyre a little pricey to be synthetic, but they're exactly what I was looking for (would have loved leather but with the amount of shoes I have already, I couldn't justify spending extra money on leather). You ownt be disappointed! I found them to be true to size.

I wouldn’t recommend these for narrow feet and I can’t imagine needed the wide option if ur female. These have plenty of room and a lot of give. If you are someone who fluctuates a half size depending on the shoe, you can order the smaller. Like I’m between an 8 and 8.5. I ordered 8.5 and I’ve got so much room I need to wear socks. But that’s better for you than shoes too tight so I’m keeping. They are a winter look boot anyway. Heel is perfect for someone that wants to look dressy but can’t handle high heels or needs to wear them all day. You don’t have to be a high heel pro to pull these off. The brown is a very neutral tone to go with anything. The bottom grips make them great in snow or rain too. Just drown them in waterproofing like I did. Use the spray on kind and it doesn’t change the finish. Well made zipper. Good arch support. They are exactly as pictured

Style meets function with this boot - and it’s the perfect brown color, which is hard to find! These boots are comfortable with a sturdy block heel and anti-slip sole. I ordered a half size up; fit is great and there was no need to break them in. I was on my feet more than usual today plus running in and out of rain. I’m happy with this purchase.

Comfortable, stylish, nailed a very important job interview with these. Versatile, wore to an outdoors concert and a musical theater performance on the same day. I have fat ankles/calves and these were roomy to wear with thick socks as well.

This is the second pair of these boots that I’m returning for the same reason. One foot (the right foot) fits too loose while the other is fine. I mean, like, heel-coming-up-in-the-back loose. I tried 2 different sizes and they were both like that. I’m so disappointed bc everything else about them is great! But I can’t walk around with one loose shoe, it will drive me nuts!

I love my boots they are sleek and very chic

I love these boots - they are comfortable, they don't squeeze your toe, and they look great with a pair of long pants. Being 5'5" tall with a 29.5" inseam, I need boots like these to make "regular" inseams work. They look classy, and the rubber bottom keeps you from slipping all around. I wear these to a business wear work all the time - and I think you could wear them out to dinner, too. It's all about what you pair them with. They're great!

Ok, they are not leather but they look amazing. They are on the narrow side so I only wear thin socks with them. The price is right fot this item.
