Ordered 8 boxes to put around garden area but found out that boxes need to be kept some distance apart due to territorial nature of nesting birds so only used 4. Not to worry though I will give the others away or keep them to replace the current ones in a couple of years time.These were the best value boxes I found and although not the quality of more expensive ones are perfectly adequate and I already have Blue Tits in and out of one box after only two weeks.

These a simple basic boxes with hinged lid and quite large entrance hole. I changed two so as to restrict the hole size to suit bluetits. The hinges are screwed in place but ok, not great. To mount them you need to get inside with a long screwdriver. I drilled a hole to make mounting them easier.Decent boxes at a fair price when needing a set of four.

Lovely birdhouses, easy to paint or left as is if you prefer.

Well constructed, attractive . Probably put them out in the garden too late to be any use this year. Hopefully, next spring should get occupied.

These are very good value - they may not be the most robust available but we've only just put them in our garden and the blue-tits and great-tits found them within 24 hours and have started using them (mid-March in the UK) - the holes are big enough for great-tits so I'm a little concerned that the blue-tits nests may get 'raided' by the great-tits - I believe its not uncommon for great-tits to lay their eggs in blue-tits nests and let the blue-tits raise their young! Anyway - apparently there are 'reducers' you can buy to try and avoid this.

Really like the bird houses and looking forward to putting them up but one arrived broken which is disappointing

I nidi sono di legno molto tenero e di spessore minimo. Per cercare di renderle più durevoli ho dato una mano di olio per legno e gli ho applicato un pezzo di tela catramata sul tetto (vedi foto). Per evitare di piantare chiodi negli alberi ho messo due viti laterali in modo da appenderle ai rami con un filo di ferro (chiodi nel legno vivo danneggiano in modo irreparabile i tessuti vascolari delle piante).

Für den Preis absolut tolle Nistkästen. Habe sie noch versiegt, somit werden sie wohl hoffentlich einige Jahr halten. Zum reinigen von innen muss eine Schraube gelöst werden. Versand und Verpackung waren fix und gut. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

Für den Preis vollkommen OK. Ein paar Scharniere nachgezogen und im allgemeinen gut gearbeitet. Die Einfluglöcher sind aber eher für Meisen, Spatzen und Rotkehlchen geeignet. Für Amsel und Drossel etwas zu klein.
