Q: Will think tank photo pouches attach to this vest?

I do not know. I use Lowepro pouches on it. Great vest, very useful.

Q: I wear a L outer coat and a 42 dress coat. What size vest should I order?

I wear an XL outer coat and not sure what size of suit coat that I wear but I know that it is larger than 42. I ordered the L/XL vest and felt that it was too small for me and returned it. It may be just the tight size for you.

Q: Only one person has complained about the fit. Does this really fit up to chest size 50". Please give me your chest measurement and comments.

My chest measurement is aneven 46". When I contacted LowePro customer service they indicated this complaint had been voiced before. The X/XL size fits marvelously, as does the S/M belt.
