LidoCD Mount for Yaesu FTM-150R-ASP FTM-100 FTM-200 FTM-400 FTM-350 FT-891 Control Heads

Don't know who came up with the idea of making these mounts for control heads on mobile ham radios, but it was pure genius. Holds control head steady, doesn't get in way, No vibration while driving. Great!

I bought this to mount my FT-891 in my car. No drilling, no screws. I just slip it in the CD player & pull the tightening lever. Done!

I bought this to use in my 1999 Jeep Cherokee, but it fits too loosely. Hitting any bumps makes it jump up and down and work its way out of the slot. Fail. But in my 2015 Ford F150 it fits very tightly and securely. So its performance depends on your vehicle.

Great product. My CD player had a bit of a larger opening so this thing wouldn’t stay put. I added a couple wraps of rubberized tape to the left and the right tabs that insert into the slot. Works awesome now. Nice and stable. You won’t be disappointed. I’m not affiliated anyway. Shape or form to the manufacture of this product.

This mount holds the Yaesu FT-891 faceplate very tight and secure.

I use it as my mounting bracket for my Amateur Radio Removable Head. Looks great and has proven to be very securely attached.Drawback is can’t use CD player, but with Sirius XM, and listening/talking on my Amateur Radio I didn’t use it anymore anyway.

Worked great setting up my FTM300 in the vehicle. Highly recommend, such an easy mount to use and very stable!
