Gluten Free and I can use this flour!!
This flour is the absolute BEST!! I have been gluten free for about 15 years due to a gluten allergy. Another gluten sensitive friend recommended this flour to me and I am so glad that she did!! I can eat anything that is made with it and not get sick at all. It is so easy to work with too! I have learned I can make delicious flaky pie crusts, homemade pasta, all kinds of breads and pastries and they all turn out beautifully. I highly recommend it!!!

Amazing quality
The texture of this flour is outstanding! Ground so fine it feels like silk. Baking quality is off the charts fantastic! I’m in love with this flour and will be using it consistently. Closes easily and taste was wonderful, as evidenced by my baked goods that disappeared overnight!

Great for people that avoid gluten!
This flour tastes wonderful and makes really good tasting bread. It is so low in gluten I’m able to eat it! I have been avoiding gluten for nine years, and this is a miracle flour for me! I have two other friends that avoid gluten because it is an inflammatory, and it bothers their joints/arthritis. They both absolutely love it also. Unfortunately, if you are celiac, it may still give you bad side effects, because it does have some gluten in it. It would definitely be worth a try though.

Easier to digest and it doesn’t cause arthritis flair like store bought flour does
This flour is made from wheat that hasn’t been over-hybridized like modern wheat, so I can actually eat wheat again. I was to the point where eating any wheat product, either homemade or store bought, caused the arthritis in my hands to flair-up badly, so I switched to baking gluten-free to avoid the problem but missed making homemade wheat breads and baked desserts. I decided to try this flour after reading their website story, and it didn’t cause my arthritis to flair up and we also noticed it is easier to digest without bloating. The cost of this flour is well worth being able to bake with wheat flour again — and is actually no more expensive than all the special flours and products I had to buy to bake good tasting gluten-free breads and desserts. My daughter, who said she can’t eat wheat any longer because it upsets her digestive system, is going to try this flour to see if it works for her also. It will be interesting to see if for many people who assume they are gluten intolerant are actually over-hybridized wheat intolerant.
