This product has helped me tremendously with my intermittent fasting. I have it every day, some days 3 times. It satisfies me and staves off my hunger. It has healthy fats and tastes great. Ive had 7 bags and going on my 8th one. I initially had ordered the individual packs and later after 2-3 bags found the bulk bag , and thats what i use. Easy and less money. Put it on auto ship because it is that good. Cocoa is my go to.

I usually purchase a month supply of Keto Coffee fat fuel. I only gave 3 atars on travel because I wish they would make better bags. Most of the time the seal separates from the bag and then I have to pour my fat fuel in a zip lock baggie

I like this product. I add some coconut oil and some stevia to get the perfect result for me and it comes out great. .. Unfortunately, when I purchased this (about one month ago), it was selling for $39.95. Now I see they have jacked the price up another $20 to $59.95! .... Yikes! ... Are you kidding me? ... One thing's for sure. I won't be buying this product again. Not if they want that much for it.

I was looking for a way to substitute a meal and portion control. I tried this with a monthly low carb subscription box and was glad to find a large size container. It comes with a pretty big scoop so you can easily maintain the right amount. Very filling and helped me not to get too hungry before lunch. YOu can eat a full portion or just a few spoons with a breakfast smoothie. Flavor-wise it's not too strong, and I enjoy adding it into my sugar-free, high protean serial.

The taste

The packaging is not the best. Resealing the bag was quite problematic after every use. The taste good.

Was going to give 4 stars because the bag was broken when it arrived and the powder leaks out of a hole on the side. But, I still gave a 5 because this stuff is THAT good!
