Absolutely delicious!!! I was afraid this might be as good as I'd anticipated, and it exceeds even those expectations. I typically buy the black garlic cloves and eat them as is. I saw this product and thought, what would be the odds that this could be as good. Oh, it's as good alright, and then some. And I am NOT paid to write this review, nor was I given this product to review. I am an actual, rootin, tootin satisfied customer who will most certainly be purchasing this black garlic puree again and again. Thank you!!!

This black garlic purée is delicious. I eat it on toast with butter. It's out of this world and just slightly sweet. It's better than having jam or jelly because it has a much lower glycemic index. Needless to say, you can use it in sauces as well.

This product is great for adding to recipes easily and it is very flavorful.

Interesting flavor(not bad) but I just didn't develop a taste for it.

Smelled wonderful right from the jar and added great flavor to our dinner.Of course, you must love garlic!

This is going to be a staple in my kitchen. I’m a ramen head. This kicks up even your cheapest ramen. I really like adding it to spicy tonkatsu. AMAZING!!! I also add it to my beef jerky marinade and it’s next level.

I really wanted to like this stuff, but the citric acid they use in it overpowered the black garlic flavor in my opinion. I used it once or twice, then threw it away. I can't recommend this stuff.
