Q: Is the whole glove heat protectant even at the wrist

The gloves are heat resistant mainly where the silicone bumps are located and they are not in the wrist area.

Q: Can you remove a cookie sheet from the oven with these on

Since they have small dots of rubber on them, I myself wouldn't try it. You could try it, but you might get burned.

Q: Are these machine washable?

There are no cleaning instructions on them but I see no reason why they would not be washable. The glove is a regular knit fabric and the heat resistant nubs are very securely attached. The glove works great for holding the very end of hair against a tapered curling iron so the curl doesn't stop above the end of the strand of hair.
