Cost is good, very useful, quality is good, very use ful to family

Hi,I am extremely happy to have this Fridge in Black Color. I needed Black Color because every one has default Grey/Silver Color.Whirlpool provided excellent customer service during demo, installation etc.. The service is one of the best.The Product is simply superb after 12 days of usage of the machine. I am using only in Auto Mode, and the Top Freezer Compartment is like different level of cooling. Very good Product with very good quality so far no issues.you get like 5 to 6 inches of space in each shelf. One shelf is little bit large 7-8 inches. - height wise.15-16 inches wide and 16 inches of depth. All are internal measurements not external.Our main purpose for keeping idly batter and it easily accommodates 3-4 vessels of batter and gives good cooling in auto mode itself.I did not use convert mode or any of the 5 modes. I am just leaving everything in default setting. Even the service engineer suggested to do so.It is little bit larger in size for our needs[3 members]. So definitely it is spacey enough.The idea behind purchasing additional stabilizer is that internal stabilizer will be costlier for replacement if any thing happens. So keeping external is good and external stabilizer also comes with 2 year warranty. It is good for health of fridge. In fact i was little bit convinced by that argument and went for additional stabilizer. Others may not feel same.One thing i would suggest is go for Samsung if you need explicit temperature control setting for your freezer and lower compartment. Like you can set 2 Degree Centigrade for Freezer and 5 Degree Centigrade for rest of the fridge. Manual Control of temperature values is not available in Whirlpool.But Other than that for your default cooling needs it is exceptional. It does the job, as of now i don't understand why i should set individual temperatures. There is always a low, medium and high setting for usage under various seasons. Automatic Mode should throttle the behavior because of Intelligent sensors in whirlpool.Very good product i bought for 26,200.Amazon delivery is definitely not exceptional, good but not great. First i got a unit with big dents in the side frame and body too.I got a replacement unit but unnecessary wait times. ordered on August 13, but i got delivered on Sep 17 only. One month of waiting. But other online stores did not have black color. So i understand Amazon helped me a lot here, but if i got it on first delivery with out replacement it will be more good. Other than that Amazon listens to its customers so no regret on that side. Problems happen , how you resolve is more important. In that way it was good ordering with Amazon.Thanks,Harish P

I bot this fridge 29/08/2023 looks very smart,working very well,compare than old fridge, fridge compressor sound is very negligible ,this is inverter fridge current consumption is very negligible, let us see how it is working, again I will review after 3 months.

In just two years of normal home use all its inside trays plastic is breaking into small little pieces as if the company has not tested it's product quality and launched in the market. I would request the Amazon services to kindly help me get the spare trays through company. Over all it is a very bad quality product.

Absolutely amazing, have already used the refrigerator for almost 2 months now can certainly say that the build quality and everything is awesome just one thing to note that the rubbers on the door that helps to close is a little loose but I quite sure that it's covered under the warranty and can easily be replaced without spending anything. Definitely value for money.

The thin film coated on the outside of the door was missing at the of delivery which means the product was delivered somewhere before this. Now, the compressor is making a loud noise within one month of delivery.

I'd wanted to purchase a 265 litre refrigerator but the one I wanted (whirlpool onyx) went out of stock during sale, so I ordered this one. I'm glad I did. It looks better and is more spacious than it appears in pic. It is convertible, inverter and stabilizer free. We are using without a stabilizer as it is not needed. Technician also agreed it doesn't require one.Convertible function however isn't the best and that's gonna be the case with most refrigerators. So, it shouldn't be your basis for selecting this fridge. Everything else is very good. My review is based on having used the fridge for about 10 days.

Whirlpool is a good brand in cooling products. As such if you compare this product against brands like LG or Samsung, it is much cheaper in the same size. Then the current product has a great value for money.However you should know what you are buying.1. The product does not have a truly convertible freezer. Whirlpool advertises it has 5-in-1 convertible freezer but that is about changing modes of the freezer to low cooling to max cooling. There is no mode to turn the freezer into regular fridge (or turn the bottom fridge off).I don't really think that a truly convertible freezer is a very useful feature but others may be depending on this particular feature while buying the product.2. The material of the side walls of the referigerator is very poor. As you can see in the images I attached that the walls got dents during delivery. I think this was partly because of rough delivery, but the side material is a lot different that the front door material.So if you live in a rented house and don't plan to live here for next 5-6 years, then moving this fridge will result in dents as you know that packers and movers are never that careful.I have a 190 L fridge of LG which has survived 3 house moves without any dents and the fridge is made of very solid material.You can also find other reviews highlighting the dents on the side body.Verdict:I am not saying that this is not a fridge worth buying, but keep in mind the above 2 points while making your purchase. If it fits your needs then it is a terrific value for money product.
