It took us some time to understand its working and controls. The concept of minimal steam is new but right but for people used to older steam irons it is very perplexing. The booklet should explain things more.

after 1 month use it is catching all the clothes even at medium setting…better go for morphy richard…. i regretting my decision of trying this brand

Good product.

This is an imported Chinese product sold by an Indian importer. The product looks decent but is not the best finished in terms of craftsmanship.The steam does not come continuously as a feature and has to be pumped every now and then (these should be explicitly mentioned in the product page so that customers take the right decision). The equipment is ok buy the ironing surface and sides get entangled with shirt buttons creating wrinkles while ironing is in full flow. I Feel that i should have gone for a Philips unit instead.

Very good Iron.You can easily press every cloth even your bladger and suit pants.........

It is a beautiful looking iron. All is well with this product except the steamer which does not generate steam sometimes. Otherwise the product is good
