Once you drill a hole you just drop these in.. right size hole, right size grommet and you're good to go..

Durable
I had to work to make them fit perfectly. Could have been measuring mistakes on my part. I had to use some extra force (nothing crazy) to fit it into the 2 desks but they do the job. The top pops off a little too easy but I dont take it off all that much.

Terrible product
All three grommets were damaged upon arrival. Now I have to deal with the return process instead of just getting a refund and throwing this garbage away.
