Absolutely terrible product. It barely charges, and when it does, it’s extremely slow and unreliable. On top of that, there’s no customer support.Completely disappointed.Avoid this product!

Good product. Good battery Life. Screen is quite sensitive to the touch. Quite durable. Display quality is fine. Adequate performance.

I order lenova tab on 28th August 2024 and received on 6th September 2024 evening. But tab condition is not working and I want to place replacement but amazon executive said that no replacement from our side only service centre replacement only our replacement or return policy has been changeBut service centre is closed on Saturday and Sunday. It is too far from my house also and I travelled to the service centre on Monday and tell that issue im facing with this tab. That service centre staff said that no replacement for my product because I place order on 28th August 2024 they counted 7days from that date. But my order delivered on 6th september 2024 who should count date from place order. They simple said that we are not responsible for go and ask amazon simply escapedSo, please dont order electronics on amazon. If you got a damage one replacement or return the product is highly difficult

Rating 2* because of my concerns and not really for the product.I just received the item today and the packing seemed like it was a fresh product. But the charging cable was unwrapped and just tossed in the box with its packing beside it and there were no earphones included which is surprising because I've always got headphones with every tablet that I have purchased in the past so I'm not sure if it isn't part of the deal or I've been sold a user product. Have bought many electronic items from Amazon in the past and this was the first time I've had any cause for concern.
