Lightened my period
High quality. Worked well. I read online that high doses of iodine are needed in the ovary for proper functioning and that a deficiency causes excess estrogen which then causes heavy periods and fibroids. This period was unusually light for me! The iodine worked! Haha! I just need to find a cheaper source because I'm unemployed. The bottle is made of glass not plastic so be mindful and the iodine is liquid in a capsule. And the dose I took was 4 capsules a day.
