Organika Quercetin with Bromelain Supplement, Vegan, 120ct

it's not horrible but the capsules are powdery and yellow dust kicks up a bit when shaking out. if you have a hard time with swallowing caplets I suggest looking for a filled capsule instead, these do kind of stick a bit as they are a larger size.

Easy to take & am using it to help build-up my immune system

Started this product and although large capsules, it breaks easily to swallow. Seems to be a good quality

The purpose in taking this supplement was to try to eliminate the free radicals from taking the Covid vaccine. What I found. Firstly I will admit I am a regular smoker. The first time I took it was with the Alpha Lipoic acid, vitamine c 1000mg and magnesium and felt like a million bucks. Strangely I was able to breath normally and continue my workouts in the morning (Consist of running, resistant training and weight lifting). After the first Covid Vaccine I could not perform the same workout regime, then the second Covid vaccine was worse. To the point where I was sleeping and could not get into my workout routine. This supplement is excellent for physical activities. No after effects when working out like soar muscles, was able to have the endurance to run. Caution don't take it at night, it will keep you up all night.

I love this stuff. I was glad to see Organika made it since everything I've tried from them has been top notch so far. I suffer from seasonal allergies, it's brand new in my life but Claritin barely put a dent in my symptoms, particularly headaches, dizziness and sore throat. Sneezing too, so much sneezing. What a time to get allergies - right as the COVID pandemic hit. I've never gotten so many dirty looks in public in my life. So I read somewhere quercetin could help with allergies, it was even being studied to help with covid symptoms. Ok cool, more bang for my buck. After about a month my symptoms are almost home. On terrible days, I may get a slight headache but everything else is gone. Pollen levels are still sky high every day, my car is filthy every day and yet I'm feeling much much better. The only downside is that the pill is large and kind of grainy so it's not the easiest to swallow, that may helpful to keep in mind.

I'm not sure what Organika does in their processing that severely diminishes the effectiveness of natural compounds because when I tried their brand, from the Natural Factors that I usually buy, I had the same allergic reactions before taking anything at all. Be aware that there are manufacturers of supposed natural supplements that do not care about their effectiveness. As a result it leads people to believe that they do not work and then opt to some synthetic pharmaceutical compounds. Quercetin does work and it works incredibly well just not this Organika brand. Producing something effective and natural should be, not only profitable, but rewarding as it provides natural health without the nasty side-effects. I have tried other supplements from Organika and I do not believe they work anywhere nearly as well as they are supposed to. I have been using Natural Factors for quite some time with excellent results. Keep in mind that good companies can get bought out, or, should I say sell out! But, for now, I can highly recommend Natural Factors.

Based on a doctor's recommendation for vitamins & minerals, Quercetin is the supplement that helps Zinc absorb into our systems and effectively do its job. Its like Zinc is like a bullet - that can't do any damage without the gun to shoot it - and Quersctin is the gun for Zinc. The pills are a hard tablet and can be a little hard to swallow. We have taken Zinc & Quercetin during C0V1D along with Multi-vitamins, Vit D & C and have remained healthy,
