Good info... bad editing
I'm sticking this book smack in the middle. The content was useful and a great guide for a new prepper. I actually really recommend it.So why 3 stars? This book was hastily written... or perhaps it was already in the works but the pandemic pushed it to be hastily published. Either way, the are a lot of words errors.Multiple times you can see where the author had been corrected but didn't make the correction before publishing. The entire last half of the book is underlined. In that half, the font changes sizes often, sometimes mid- sentence. This book needs to be revised quite a bit from a publishing stand point.

Waste of money
Was hoping for something in depth on how to store food and supplies long term. I already can, preserve meats and buy case lots on a yearly basis. The necessities listed were not something I would even buy, let alone try to store long term. (Who buys bison steak and mung bean noodles for storage? And, if you are sticking your shelves, 2 cans of each type of beans isn't enough to make a bean salad!) I was disappointed in this book, should have looked at the print date and realized this was just a way for someone to cash in on Covid 19. Poorly printed and edited. Don't waste your money.

For the newbie prepper
Written for the newbie like myself in mind. Buck's guide gave me enough information to get better prepared and ready for the next dire circumstance. I have already reevaluated my current food and neccessary stores around the house and started building a bug out bag. I plan to get a few follow up books to piggy back off this one but truth be told, this was a very informative book.

Leaves detail to be desired. A blue print of what to prep.
Not bad, but very basic. A blueprint if you will. The author lists things that should be done, but leaves it up to you to research how to really do it. If you have basic survival skills/prep this is not for you. I’m no means a survivorist or hardcore prepper but an avid outdoors man/camper/backpacker and this didn’t teach me anything I didn’t know with a common sense approach to the topic. Easy read.

Great!
When I bought this I did not know that it was written with the current pandemic in mind. I bought this as a steppingstone in my journey. I’m very glad to see that it will be useful.

Started decently, went downhill
Willing to let all the little editorial mistakes go, I put myself through this seeing a decent attempt to try to appeal to all people on what to do in case of a crisis. But, as all such things do, when you try to please everyone, you put forth things that simply are contradictory and end up alienating more than anything. Stopped reading when it started talking about abortifacients

Common Sense
Save your money basically a work book, you fill out a lot of the pages. It is just Common Sense things you would have on hand for an emergency.

Good book
They drill, drill drill to be prepared for whatever might come up (especially the crisis management teams) and this includes even obvious, common sense details.

Very poor content
I really don't know where the good reviews come from! Very poor content with a few lists, not much the average person would not know already ... complete waste of money
