Kris Kringle (Lemon Buttercream Flavor) Limited Edition Holiday Lip Balm

I truly hate to potentially do damage to a small business such as this, but I have to be honest. This lip balm almost tastes savory, not at all like maple OR brown sugar. It seems to moisurize well but, to me, it simply doesn't taste right. Sorry.

UPDATE:I've been meaning to update this but didn't have the chance until now. After going back and forth with this over the last couple of months it appears that there is something in these lip balms that is giving me a bad allergic reaction. After a day or two of using this my lips seemed almost to get a rash. The only thing that made this reaction go away was some of Dr. Dans Cortibalm which I borrowed from my Mother who has psoriasis. I do not and have never had any problem like this with my lips, so this was a really weird experience for me. Over the years I've used tons of different products and I've never had a reaction like this before. The only thing I can think of that is causing this is the flavor oil since I've been exposed to the rest of the rather innocuous ingredients. So if you notice your lips getting worse with this lip balm you're not alone. I realize that I seem to be in the minority here in regards to this reaction, but I figured I'd put this out there.PREVIOUS REVIEW:I ordered two different flavors of this lip balm and sadly was disappointed with both. As far as the function goes these are very good. It's true as others have stated that it's pretty slick which requires many reapplications, but it does heal chapped lips.The biggest disappointment was the flavors which is part and parcel to purchasing these. I tried the funnel cake and cotton candy and neither one smells/tastes anything remotely like the flavor they are supposed to be. In fact they smell nearly identical except the cotton candy smells a bit sweeter so-to-speak. They do have a scent/flavor - all natural butters, oils, and beeswax, that's their flavor/smell. This is fine if that's what you were expecting to get. They smell/taste very all natural. I was expecting something else though, and that was a pretty major factor in trying these out.The other thing that is a bit of a disappointment is the fact that they need a lot of reapplications throughout the day. They are very slick which in and of itself doesn't bother me, but because of that they don't tend to last long.If you're looking for a good lip balm to ease chapped lips I'd give this a solid four stars with one being knocked off for needing to reapply often. If you're seduced by the delicious sounding flavors these seemed to be offered in be prepared to be disappointed. I could see myself purchasing these again, but not for the flavors/scents. In the meantime I'll probably try some other brands before I come back to these in the future.

It was so nice to find eggnog flavor lip balm. So hard to find eggnog anything during the holidays. This balm is very creamy and the scent is very pleasant. I would buy again.

I send these to my mom every Christmas. She loves them. I've never tried any myself but she says it's great lip balm. I love the variety of flavors to choose from and who doesn't need lip balm in the winter?

Taste like a pickle. This is an over great product. The only drawback I see is that it was a little soft. Not enough to discourage me from buying from this company again. Great flavors at mylipstuff.com.

I bought one for my sister and one for myself. Arrived on time, just like everything I have purchased from Amazon so far. Love it . Smells great. Keeps my lips from drying out. I have tried many different brands of lip balm, but they all end up used once or twice and then thrown into the back of a bathroom draw. I take My Lip Stuff with me everywhere I go and I'm almost out.I will definitely be ordering some more for myself and as gifts for friends and family.

My daughters loved this fragrance the best followed by A Lump of Coal. I had also ordered Reindeer Poop & Christmas Pickle. I had originally ordered Lump of Coal for my 13 year old who just this year announced that there is no Santa Claus. Her stocking had a "lump of coal" theme and no other treats or gifts. This chapstick went in her stocking with 3 black painted rocks representing coal and the book by Lemony Snickett, A Lump of Coal.

I have had many lip balms before and this stuff is the best so far It makes your lips super soft and works great! It was packaged well and delivered on time The only thing I disliked about it was it didn't really have a smell I ordered the coffee one and the peanut butter cookie one The have a smell, it's just very faint But it was still a great lip balm
