Mine hasn't and I have washed it several times with my other dark clothes and no special washing obstructions.. Just don't dry it too hot and it should be fine.

Hello Jose,For most accurate size information, you'll want to refer to the size chart provided by us in the last image of the listing. According to the measurements you gave, I would suggest ordering a size small. It will likely still be baggier than you would want, as the width measurement is 18" which means it's about 36" around, but the length will probably be the most appropriate. Alternatively, you could order the size XS which would probably be about an inch shorter in length and closer to 32" around (the measurements are not included on our size chart, however).Please keep in mind that if it doesn't fit as expected, you can definitely return it to us for a refund or exchange it for a different size!
