Highly recommended and backed by research!!
I have been taking this for about one month now and I have lost almost 10 lbs. I don't need to eat as much and often just choose my regular snacks but end up sharing it with someone. I was skeptical at first but after checking out research on pubmed I felt better about trying it. I am a biologist and understand the benefits of certain plants but also am well aware of placebo. The cool thing with this is it makes me feel better and I lost weight without any extra exercise and no real changes to my diet other than having much smaller portion sizes due to feeling full faster. If it is placebo, it doesn't really matter, I see a significant difference in the way my clothes fit and a lower craving for bad food. Great stuff
I bought this for my husband to try. After taking two different kinds of blood pressure medicine and high cholesterol meds, he wanted to try something natural. He now takes 1/2 pill of only one blood pressure a day and does not take the cholesterol at all. his blood pressure is staying in the normal range and his cholesterol keeps dropping. Will continue to buy

Appears this is a natural source of resveratrol, which helps with overall health. Also has vitamins and minerals (may be what causes the energy boost). Great Results!
I have lost a lot of availability to train and lose weight since I started working, but after a friend recommended these pills to me I haven't found anything that works as good.
