IBS Vegetarian BF Approves!
My boyfriend has IBS and is mostly vegetarian which poses a lot of cooking challenges for the both of us. This has a lot of really delicious healthy recipes that are way more IBS friendly than any other vegan or vegetarian cookbook. Would recommend!

Good Low FODMAP Cookbook
FODMAP Friendly: 95 Vegetarian and Gluten-Free Recipes for the Digestively Challenged is a great cookbook for those who must eat in a certain manner, though anyone would benefit from this type of eating. The author does a good job of explaining the Low FODMAP lifestyle, including essential ingredients, information, and what not to eat. The cookbook has colorful pages and great pictures of some of the finished dishes. The cookbook is separated into sections, different from the usual, but logical in its own way. Listed below are the chapters, as well as some of the standout dishes.Breakfast: Quinoa, Banana, and Blueberry Pancakes; Coconut Rice BibimapLighter Recipes: Vegetarian Pho; Quinoa, Fresh Tomato, and Fried Bread SaladGrown-up Dinners: Vegetarian Enchiladas; Ultimate Vegetarian LasagnaGrab & Go Baking: Granola Bars; Streusel Muffins; GingerbreadThe Sweet Life: Strawberry Cobbler; Salted Dark Chocolate TartGetting Social: Pizza Crusts; Christmas PuddingFODMAP Friendly is a short cookbook, with only 95 recipes, but its manageable size makes it a good start for beginners. Having eaten low FODMAP for several years myself, I found the recipes to be interesting and I look forward to making many of the finished dishes.Disclaimer: I was given an Advanced Reader's Copy of FODMAP Friendly: 95 Vegetarian and Gluten-Free Recipes for the Digestively Challenged. The choice to review this cookbook was my own.

Edges of cover were slightly damaged
Described as new and covered in plastic but corners of spine were not in good condition. This appears to be happening a lot with certain books nowadays.

Thank you, dear author!
I'm grain free and my son is gluten free. And neither of us eats red meat or pork. It can be challenging to fix meals. (Did i mention I'm a terrible cook?) This cookbook has recipes that work for both of us—which even the most kitchen-challenged cooks can manage.A number of reviewers mentioned difficulty in finding the ingredients. That was not my experience. If you have access to the internet (I understand not everyone has that luxury), there are a number of online grocers to turn to if shopping locally doesn't work.I highly recommend this cookbook. I do wish Hachette (the publisher) would make this book available in print again. I originally took the book out of the library (as I often do with cookbooks before purchasing) and then came here to purchase the print edition. I had to "settle" for the kindle edition (NOT my favorite for cookbook purchases), because the paperback was not readily available. If I didn't love this cookbook so much...I would have quickly passed on what is nothing more than a non-flowable PDF.

Gorgeous Cookbook!
This is a gorgeous cookbook!! My husband and I both have food restrictions that making using mainstream cookbooks a little challenging. This cookbook answers all of our restrictions, and does it with flair! It's hard to pick favorite recipes, but...the Salted Honey and Sage Baked Camembert with Baklava Crumb, Crispy Sage Breakfast Hash, and Honey Butter Roasted Carrot and Halloumi Salad with Sea Salt Pepitas are at the top of the list. The photography is dreamy, and the ingredients are easily accessible. All around bravo! (I rec'd a digital copy of this cookbook for review from NetGalley).

Great book - wonderful variety of recipes!
I think the FODMAP diet is great for anyone experiencing GI symptoms but it can certainly feel overwhelming to figure out "what can I eat?" especially for those who are also vegetarian. This was such a great cookbook with a wide variety of recipes to suit any craving. I look forward to trying the Roasted Pepper and Halloumi Shakshuka, Roasted Quinoa and Banana Crumble, Roasted Vegetable Grain-Free Tart, Vegan Furikake Rice Bowls, Baked Donuts, and Pavlova with Roasted Lemony Strawberries. Although there is not a photograph of every recipes, the photographs that are included are stunning.Thank you, The Experiment and NetGalley, for a digital ARC!

Cooking Fodmap Style
Can I just say Yummy?!?! I found Fodmap Friendly by Georgia McDermott to be full of colorful, delicious looking food finds that just got me salivating right there on the spot. This author educates as well as offers some practical combinations for those looking to be careful in the area of fodmaps. This is an area that I am looking at to determine some issues that have reared themselves. That’s what I was looking for and that’s what I found in this resource.I received a digital copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

Simply amazing!!
Georgia has helped me big time with this cookbook and I can only recommend it to everyone who needs to follow the Loq FODMAP diet for a while. I’ve been there and had lost all fun in the kitchen at the time and Georgia‘s recipes bring the taste and fun back. Really, really love(d) it!

Lots of snacks and small dishes
The book is super pretty and easy to read. The recipes are not very hard to make or to find ingredients for. When I read the title, I think to myself "cool, there are a lot of recipes". I am a little disappointed as I do not find motivation for real meals. Disappointing.

Game Changer
Gluten free, vegetarian and food map friendly??? Too good to be true??? This book is a total game changer. It’s the first cook book I have owned (and there have been many) where I can actually eat every single recipe. Previously I’ve been lucky if I can eat 20% of the recipes in a cookbook. Not only that but every single recipe is totally scrumptious and doable. I don’t usually write reviews but I feel like I have to tell you to buy this book. It is awesome. What’s more Georgia sprinkles all the recipes with warmth, humour and generosity. I love Georgia, she’s enabled me to enjoy food without suffering IBS. Can’t imagine life without this book. Buy it!

Difficult to follow
I bought this as I have new diagnosis of IBS.The book looks beautiful but recipes have too many ingredients and ingredients that are not easy to buy. Unfortunately I have found very few recipes that I will do. It does give inspiration that you can make a fodmap diet more varied.
