Pinch Pleat Solid Thermal Insulated 95% Greyout Patio Door Curtain Panel Drape for Traverse Rod and Track, Grey 52" W x 84" L (One Panel)

Love these curtains. I have attached two pictures. One is of one panel (120" x 84") in front of a patio door and the other is of two panels (100" x 73" each) in front of my large living room window. The fullness ratio (width of curtains / width of area to cover) of the patio is about 1.2 while the fullness ratio of the living room window is about 1.3.They are 'chocolate' colored. I tried to get a picture of them blocking the sun during the brightest time of day (which they do quite well), but my camera kept making them look glowing red (which they don't at all). Also, these do have pretty good thermal properties (this may be affected by the fullness ratio). I had some wimpy blinds up previously and I noticed a significant improvement in the warmth of the area around the living room window after I put these up.By far the best thing about these curtains is the fact that they were customizable for no extra fee. 73" length is NOT a standard length. I ordered two 100" x 84" panels, then sent an 'email' to the seller. This was a point of confusion for me since there was no actual email displayed (I even asked a question about it). To 'send the seller an email' you have to go into your account's message center to send a message to the seller via amazon. They were very responsive to my requests.I actually ordered another panel for my mother's patio. :)

From the wide range of colours and sizes, to the exceptional customer service, this purchase was a fantastic choice. I was contacted by the seller shortly after purchasing, to confirm the size I was trying to cover (17’), and was given a recommendation based on that. Once the size was confirmed, it was roughly a week before the custom made curtains arrived, complete with complimentary tie backs and a free apron. Install was a breeze thanks to the sturdy construction and adjustable plastic hooks that were included. The finished product is precisely the right size, and looks great.

After placing my order I used the Amazon feature "contact seller" (thanks to the other reviews providing this tip). I sent a message requesting a customized width and received confirmation from the seller within hours. They made sure I understood that customized items were not eligible for return. I received the curtains 10 days later.They are definitely black out curtains, high quality, and the color was as described. I love the plastic hooks that are pre-installed, they are much nicer to work with than the sharp metal ones. They are also adjustable to alter how high above the rod you want you curtains to sit.100% recommend! I was happy to know that I would not have to get the width altered by a seamstress after purchase.

UPDATE: I bought these about a year ago and while opening, the backing strip, at the top, was crumbling in white pieces all over the floor. I don't open them often, but now there will be a big cleanup involved when I do. I would think a "blackout " curtain would hold up to the sun, since that's it's purpose, afterall. I do NOT recommend these drapes unless you enjoy sweeping up a huge mess.We're in Florida, and there's a huge window. The UV here is ridiculous, and we haven't replaced the windows with double pane, so blocking it is imperative. This does a very nice job and looks quite nice, as well.

I first ordered the curtains in the middle of the night when I couldn't sleep. Turns out, I asked for the completely wrong size and color. Guess I wasn't as coherent at the time as I thought. Luckily for me, Betty from IYUEGO contacted me prior to beginning the order to confirm the sizes and colors. I was so embarrassed because my order was so horribly off. She was super friendly and understanding and updated my order without a problem. She offered to customize the length of the curtains as well for only $24 extra. I probably would have been all right with two curtains at 84" ( 168" total) each, but I'm a curtain newbie and wasn't sure, so I just guessed. I do like the excessive ripples that the 200" provides though.The quality and beauty of the curtains are better than I expected. I put them on a double traverse track, with a center open and am so pleased at how it all came together.

Amazing customer service from this company! First, the merlot curtains we ordered didn't come out in person at the deep red had hoped. Contacted seller, was able to arrange an exchange for the navy ones. Much happier. About a month after having them, our toddler pulled too hard on the curtains, and broke one of the plastic clips. Contacted seller, and they happily sent out some spare clips. Amazing experience!

I ordered drapes for 'wall of windows' but needed them shorter than standard. I paid the extra fee to get them in less than a week and sent a message through Amazon- there was a place to put the message right on the order form. Within an hour I had an email from the seller confirming the measurement and making certain I knew that there was some adjustment allowed by their special hangers. They even sent a picture of the hangers. I responded and said to proceed with order. Again they confirmed that I understood custom orders could not be returned. We approved and I had custom drapes in less than a week. I ordered on Thursday and received them on Monday! They are darker gray than I had hoped and I added a third to the width which I wish I had just ordered the exact width of the wall so there were no extra gathers when closed, but that is not the fault of the manufacturer. I'm very happy with the quality and service.

These curtains are exactly what I wanted. They are stylish and fit on my old track perfectly. I wasn't even expecting the blackout aspect, which is outstanding. I would order again.
