Natures Way, Fenugreek and Thyme, 100 Capsules (Packaging May Vary)

Using this for years. I have allergy problems from time to time and I don't like totake over the counter meds for it. This has always worked like a charm. Maybenot as fast as the pills but it has always worked for me.

Just starting using and my cough and runny nose are already much better. It appears that this may be the answer to my chronic cough and runny nose. Bye nebulizer. Will check in later and give an up-date.

The product itself is fine, however this was supposed to be 2 bottles with 100 capsules and only 1 arrived, thus us the second time this has happened to me.

I bought this because my friend uses it to control her allergies and she loves it. I was excited to have something natural to take for my allergies while I am nursing. Unfortunately, I didn't do my research prior to ordering and I found out that thyme tends to dry up your breast milk. So, I will have to wait until I'm done nursing to try it. It's my own fault for not looking it up before ordering, but it would be a bonus if that fact was mentioned in the description since Fenugreek by itself is so popular for nursing moms.

Description states two bottles that’s why I paid the higher price. But I only received one bottle. Very upset.

I have allergies each Spring which often resulted in sinus infections. Each Spring I take Fenu-thyme and Bromelain (with Quercitin and C). I haven't had an infection since. Look them up in your herb book.
