I love this Essential Oil Kit ! Each of these 3 essential oils make a very good job. From my personal experience,"Good Samaritan" helps getting a good sleep ... I really sleep like a baby when I use it :)"Sinus Formula" helps with nose congestion. "Immunity Boost" can be used as "background therapy" for your immune system, if not, it can also be used as "Good Samaritan" to help with sleep.Note : I am using all these oils in an ultrasonic diffuser.Pranarom is the best brand I know as far as natural health products ! I used to buy their products whenever I was in France and was delighted when I found out that Amazon is now distributing this brand.
