This unit has helped with tendinitis in my wrist. Husband used it on his lower back after doing some heavy lifting and said it helped relax the muscles. I have had undiagnosed chronic pain in my thigh for two years. I have had tons of tests from blood work to MRIs and been seen by many doctors. No one can figure it out and no medications help. I have even using this unit three times a day for 20 minute sessions. Don’t know if it’s just been a really good week or if I am seeing results. My pain has been less frequent and severe. Hoping it’s helping with my chronic pain. I plan to continue using it in this manner for a few more weeks before stating for sure that it is the reason I am getting better, but it looks like this might be helping!Update: The first several weeks was using the device three times a day. For the past 2 months I have been using it twice a day. The degree and frequency of my pain has been cut by about 90%. I recommend this to all of my friends and family. I think it has many uses and if anyone has even a little of the results I have seen, it is well worth getting!

This product is very therapeutic and helps provide pain relief and helps me recover quickly.

I like this infrared 'mitton' a lot. It does get quite warm, and you do have to have something like a cloth napkin handy to block the light that comes our around the wrist area (don't want that light in your eyes!) , but the device works really well and is soothing for arthritis pain. I also appreciate the 20-minute automatic timer too. I only wish I had found this mitton sooner! I have some other infrared devices, but this one is what my fingers, hands, and wrists really needed all along.

Nothing to dislike with the pad. I needed therapy to help regenerate peripheral neuropathy damage. It is too early to tell if it helps but there is a lot of verifiable evidence it can help with regeneration of nerves. to my knowledge there is no other modality that can do that. Good product!

I have full red and infrared panels. Daughter was complaining of hand pain doing tense computer work. She said this device made a difference.

My feet are still painful. It is so expensive but doesn't help.

It's easy to use. Don't like because it's not washable. Also don't like that you cannot change the lights if they would break. Don't know if it's helping my neuropathy as they say it takes a month to notice if it's helping. Time will tell!
