Didn't work for me
I'd purchased this to help with Seborrhoeic Dermatitis. I have uses Selsun shampoo for years which was the only thing that cleared my scalp and my face. Its now discontinued. This face wash helped with my face slightly, it stopped the itchiness but didn't full remove all dry flakes and redness. I've used it for 2 weeks now and will continue to use the bottle as it's not a bad product, just doesn't thoroughly work for my issue. However, due to it not clearing my skin and price I won't buy again.I have found that dissolved aspirin actually works for me so I use this daily, no flaky skin and redness is significantly less. Google it!

After 5 days of use
Hmmm, it seems that help to reduce from really red spots to barely visible pink ones so it definitely work. First time was a little bit stingy in some areas on face but no stingy anymore. Its not it prefect and I've noticed that my skin become very dry but no patches is more like dandruff hiwever i will try to use some kind of moisturiser and will see as so far every moisturiser caused increasing redness. Will update in future.

Overnight Seborrheic Dermatitis Miracle?
Okay so disclaimer, this product only arrived yesterday and I have only used it 3 times. If my feelings toward it change I will update this review but for now I’m astounded by how well this has worked.I’ve had seb derm on my scalp for a few years, not really a major issue, controlled mostly with anti-dandruff shampoo and the odd antiseptic wash. About 7 months ago after a course of amoxicillin, it flared up really severely around my eyes and down the sides of my neck and behind my ears/around my hairline. Flaky, inflamed, very red, itchy, stingy etc. I was prescribed hydrocortisone for around my eyes and betnovate for my neck and hairline. I was also prescribed ketoconazole shampoo which worked well for my scalp. The steroid creams were effective at first but I realised that if I stopped using them I would get bad rebound flares, and it’s no secret that long term steroid use (particularly round the eyes where it’s so delicate) is not a good idea. Seb derm is a long-term condition so you have to learn to manage it, not just smother it with steroids which only help on a superficial level. My flares have been making me so self-conscious I’ve not even wanted to go into work or go out and do the things I enjoy. I tried clotrimazole (recommended by a pharmacist) which isn’t the right anti-fungal for malessezia, so hasn’t cleared it, so I took to doing my own research.I ordered 2% topical ketoconazole cream and this zinc pyrithione face wash. The cream still hasn’t arrived, which was stressing me out yesterday as I have to go back to work tomorrow and needed something to work fast. This little baby, however, did arrive on time.Since it came last night I’ve washed my face with it three times, and I honestly cannot believe how much it has allowed my skin to heal. I woke up this morning and before I even got out of bed I could tell that it had worked some kind of magic, as I couldn’t feel itchiness or dryness or inflammation for the first time in weeks. I looked in the mirror and low and behold, the swelling/texture has gone and the redness has almost gone. I can’t wait to see what a few more washes does. The only con, and I really don’t care much to be honest, is that it does sting my eyes a bit. The nature of my seb derm means that I have to put product very close to my eyes, so it does get in unfortunately. But like I said, it’s a very small price to pay! And I won’t mark it down for that, it’s not designed for eyeballs. The sting doesn’t last, I just make sure I rinse my eyes with cold water properly.I’m not a doctor and cannot give medical advice, but please try this product before using harsh topical steroids as a long-term solution. The doctor that diagnosed me didn’t explain that I needed an anti-fungal to keep it in check on my face as well as my scalp, and the pharmacist I consulted suggested clotrimazole, which isn’t even the right type of anti-fungal for the yeast that causes seb derm. It’s worth taking the time to do your own research from reputable sources. Weird that it’s so common and yet so misunderstood.I follow up with an oil-free moisturiser (important step - oil will feed melassezia and make it worse) and it’s brilliant so far.Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Game Changer
Took just over a week to start making a change on first use but certainly helps in keeping dermatitis at bay, including within facial hair.

Excellent for dermatitis
I'm 31 years old and have had seborrheic dermatitis since I was 17. I've tried various potions and lotions in that time with little to no success other than Head and Shoulders clinical shampoo and Sebclair. However, this Clever Soap is purely magical. I started noticing a difference even a few days after using it. It has literally cleared up 99% of my dermatitis and I genuinely think no one would know I suffer from the condition anymore. I also use it on my chest and it has cleared up most of the rashes there only after 2 days of use. To the company: PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE YOUR INGREDIENTS EVER! As a business owner I notice companies do this a lot and even hike their prices with cheaper ingredients. If the company is feeling the pinch please keep the ingredients and increase the price if need be! Thank you!

Brought for seb dermatitis
Brought for seb dermatitis, for first 3 days was like a dream product, completely cleared my skin. But after that it has come back.So defo good for a break out and for special occasions to get my skin as good as possible but does not keep it under control day in and day out despite using daily.Well worthwhile purchase to use in rotation with other products but unfortunately not the wonder product I'd hoped to find.
